Each capsule contains: Saptamrit loha 150 mg, Jivanti and Amla each 80 mg, Punarnava, Shatavari and Shankhapushpi each 40 mg, Chandan 30 mg, Mukta shukti Pisti and Praval Pisti each 20 mg Dose: 1 or 2 capsules twice or thrice a day preferably with milk or as directed by the physician.
